Martin Shenkman, CPA, MBA, PFS, AEP (distinguished), JD is the founder of Shenkman Law and is an attorney in private practice in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Shenkman concentrates on the legal needs of high net worth individuals, professionals, close business owners, real estate owners and developers. His practice focuses on estate and tax planning, planning for closely held businesses and estate administration. Mr. Shenkman has written over 40 books and over 800 articles and has received several awards over the years including the 2013 Accredited Estate Planners Distinguished Award from the National Association of Estate Planning Councils for his efforts on behalf of those living with chronic illness and disability and he was featured in Investment Advisor Magazine as their “all-star lineup of tax experts”. Martin’s presentation will be on “Religion and Estate Planning.” Please join us for this interesting topic.
